Upcoming Changes to Login & Registration In the coming weeks we will be rolling out new features to help improve the security of the pensions portal. Following these updates there will be additional authentication options and you will see changes to the login, registration, and authentication screens. You can continue to login using your existing credentials, and you should not see any system outages during the rollout, but if you do experience any issues, please feel free to contact our member experience team.

  • As a result of a court judgment in November 2020, which applies to all UK defined benefit pension schemes, trustees of pension schemes are required to undertake an exercise to review all past transfers to check that they provided equal value for both men and women in respect of ‘Guaranteed Minimum Pension’ (or ‘GMP’) benefits. We call this obligation “GMP equalisation”.
    Some people who were previously a member of the Scheme, but transferred some or all their pension to another pension scheme may be due a top-up in relation to their transfer as a result of GMP equalisation. Affected individuals where a top-up is due will be sent a letter from Gallagher (previously Buck, as administrators) on behalf of the Trustee of the Scheme with further details.
